DESCRIPTION:“Trust your intuition” is a phrase we often hear as a friendly advice. But how do we even connect with our intuition? There are too many voices\, sounds\, too much input hitting us all at once. Which one is our intuition? How can we distinguish between the impulses and start to clearly hear our inner voice? How do we connect with our inner creative self? Well\, there ARE ways and techniques to actually do that. I invite you to an adventure to relax and immerse yourself entirely in the playing field of your mind called Creativity. The workshop is 2.5 hours long. It starts with your choice of a CBD infused drink (tea\, coffee or fruit juice)\, where detailed explanation and guidance is given on the use of CBD oil for the purposes of physical\, mental and emotional relaxation. This is then followed by guided creative painting with snack breaks at your convenience. The price is € .- \, with the following things included in the price: ✅ use of paints and tools ✅ CBD infusions consumed during the workshop ✅ drinks consumed during the workshop ✅ snacks consumed during the workshop ✅ It also goes without saying that at the end of the workshop you get to take your newly made artwork home with you.

Maar hoe maken we eigenlijk contact met onze intuïtie? Er zijn te veel stemmen\, geluiden\, te veel input die ons allemaal tegelijk raken. Welke is onze intuïtie? Hoe kunnen we onze innerlijke stem onderscheiden en horen? Hoe maken we contact met onze innerlijke creatieve zelf en vinden we dat gevoel dat we willen uitdrukken?     Hoe kunnen we weer kind zijn\, spelen met kleuren en vormen\, zonder ons zorgen te maken over het resultaat? Ik nodig je uit voor een avontuur om te ontspannen en je helemaal onder te dompelen in het speelveld van je geest dat Creativiteit heet.  \nDe workshop duurt 3 uur. Het begint met een drankje met CBD (thee of koffie) naar keuze\, gevolgd door creatief schilderen met snackpauzes wanneer het jou uitkomt.  \nDe prijs van de (3 uur durende) workshop is 45 euro per persoon. Alle materialen voor de workshop\, zoals verf en gereedschap\, evenals drankjes en hapjes zijn bij de prijs inbegrepen.  \nHet spreekt voor zich dat je aan het einde van de workshop je nieuw gemaakte kunstwerk mee naar huis mag nemen.
